Headache treatment is still, in my opinion, not straightforward. It is multifaceted. There are patterns that we see as clinicians, in headache pathology, but every individual is of course beautifully different! Continuing education in exercise prescription, patient counseling, manual therapy of the neck and jaw, and more, is essential!
